Do you offer custom synthesis or wholesale orders?
Yes. We can quote custom research sequences and bulk orders for Research Use Only (RUO) applications. Please contact us with project details, target quantity, and timeline.
When the water is added all the powdered material is not dissolving – why?
Research compounds may be supplied in lyophilized form, which can appear unchanged immediately after liquid contact in laboratory settings. Optimal Bio Labs does not provide guidance on preparation or administration. Researchers should follow protocols approved by their institution or laboratory SOPs
Why does my container appear empty?
Our research compounds are supplied as lyophilized powder without fillers. At 2–10 mg, the material can appear as a tiny pellet or cluster of powder on the glass. This is normal. Each lot is accurately weighed during filling and verified.
There’s a problem with my order—how do I get help?
Use the website contact form or email support@OptimalBioLabs.com. Include: Your name, email, and order number A brief description of the issue (missing/incorrect/damaged) Clear photos of the shipping box, packing materials, and any product labels or lot numbers. We typically respond within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri) and resolve issues promptly.
I haven’t received a tracking number—what should I do?
We email a tracking link as soon as a shipping label is created. Please: Check your spam/junk folder. Allow 1 business day for order processing; carrier scans can take another 24–48 hours to appear. If it’s been more than 2 business days since your confirmation email and you still don’t see tracking, contact Support@OptimalBioLabs.com and we’ll help. You can also enroll in the free USPS Informed Delivery or UPS My Choice to monitor shipments.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are temperature/light-sensitive and due to our rigorous quality controls, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives missing, incorrect, or damaged, email support@OptimalBioLabs.com right away and we’ll make it right. See our full Return Policy for details.
How long will delivery take?
Typical transit times are around 3 business days depending on the shipping option you select at checkout. We ship exclusively via UPS and offer Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next-Day Air delivery options. When free shipping promotions are active, orders are shipped via UPS Ground. We usually process and ship orders out on Saturdays if they are placed before 2 p.m. CT, though weekend warehouse dispatch can vary.
What does “Research Purposes Only” (RUO) mean?
RUO means the product is supplied for research and development—for in-vitro work, assay development, method validation, education, or other non-clinical laboratory uses. RUO products are not for administration, clinical use, or diagnostic use.
Do you provide preparation or administration instructions?
No. We do not provide guidance on preparation or administration. Use is restricted to laboratory research.
Are these products FDA-approved?
No. These items are not FDA-approved drugs, devices, foods, or cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any FDA approvals that may exist for specific compounds in drug products do not apply to our RUO materials.
Who are these products for?
Our research compounds are sold exclusively for laboratory research purposes (RUO) to qualified purchasers operating within approved research environments. They are not intended for administration, compounding, or household/consumer applications.
How are your products tested?
We utilize advanced processing and analytical chemistry methods—including batch-specific HPLC, LC-MS, and MALDI-MS chemical profiling—to verify our active inventory. Independent third-party analytical reports from U.S. laboratories are available on the product specifications page for verified lots.
