If an unopened item purchased through Optimal Bio Labs is tested through Finnrick's public sample testing and reports purity below 98.0%, the order is eligible for a balance reallocation under our quality specification parameters (terms apply).

Specification Adjustment & Lot Allocation
If the tested item reports verified purity below 98.0%, Optimal Bio Labs will:
- •Adjusted value credit for the tested item lot cost.
- •If you purchased multiple items of the same compound + same mg's at the same time, we will apply an allocation credit for one additional opened unit and up to three (3) additional unopened, unused units.
- •Credit allocation for standard logistics costs associated with the original order and sending the sample.
Specification Allocation Terms
Eligibility
Applies only to unopened, unused Optimal Bio Labs products with original packaging and label intact.
Test Source
Must be tested through Finnrick (public sample testing).
Purity Threshold
Specification adjustments apply only if compound purity is verified below 98.0%.
Allocation Limits (Opened/Used Units)
Credit allocation covers the cost of the tested unit, plus the value of one (1) additional opened/used unit of the exact same item variation (same compound and same mg strength) when purchased at the same time.
Additional Unused Products (Same Item Only)
If more than two (2) of the exact same item variation were purchased at the same time (same compound and same mg strength), up to three (3) additional unopened, unused units may be eligible for return + credit allocation (return instructions required). Credits do not apply to different mg's or variations of the same item.
Shipping Reimbursement
Shipping reimbursement requires receipts/documentation and applies to reasonable shipping costs associated with the original order and sending the sample for testing.
Notification Window
Discrepancies must be submitted within 40 days of delivery and must include full, unaltered Finnrick test documentation. All adjustments will be verified through Finnrick prior to approval.
Processing & Credit Adjustments
Optimal Bio Labs reserves up to thirty (30) days after receipt of documentation and material return to review the submission and process any approved account credit adjustment.
One Notification Per Product/Batch
We reserve the right to limit submissions to prevent abuse, including one notification per compound/size per customer within a defined period.
