USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 days business days
UPS Ground: 2-3 days
UPS 2-Day Air & Air AM: 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air Options
UPS Saturday Delivery (available for orders placed on Fridays before 12:00 pm PST that need next-day delivery).
Enjoy free shipping on orders of $200+ (pre-tax, before shipping).
Orders placed, paid, and processed by 12:00 pm PST typically ship the same business day; orders after 12:00 pm PT, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, along with estimated delivery, out for delivery and delivered emails. You can track shipments directly via the carrier’s website.
Return Policy, Refunds & Exchanges
At Optimal Bio Labs LLC, product integrity and customer confidence come first. Because of our rigorous quality controls and the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please email support@OptimalBioLabs.com and we’ll make it right.
Cancellations: You can cancel by emailing us before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be canceled. Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure all details are correct. We typically dispatch in the afternoon, and we do our best to review incoming emails before releasing packages. If a change is needed and your order hasn’t shipped, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, within 48 hours of delivery, email us the information along with clear photos at support@OptimalBioLabs.com
