Finnrick reports identity, purity, and potency.
If purity is under 98%, we refund you
If the tested product reports <98% purity, Optimal Bio Labs will:
- •Refund the tested product cost
- •If you purchased multiple products of the same compound + same mg's at the same time, we'll also refund the value for one additional opened used product and up to three (3) additional unopened, unused products.
- •Refund original shipping costs (and qualifying documented shipping costs to send the sample)
Purity Guarantee Terms
Eligibility
Applies only to unopened, unused Optimal Bio Labs products with original packaging and label intact.
Test Source
Must be tested through Finnrick (public sample testing).
Purity Threshold
Guarantee applies only if purity is reported below 98%.
Refund Limit (Opened/Used Units)
Refund covers the cost of the tested unit, plus the value of one (1) additional opened/used unit of the exact same product variation (same compound and same mg strength) when purchased at the same time.
Additional Unused Products (Same Item Only)
If more than two (2) of the exact same product variation were purchased at the same time (same compound and same mg strength), up to three (3) additional unopened, unused units may be eligible for return + refund (return instructions required). Refunds do not apply to different mg's or variations of the same product.
Shipping Reimbursement
Shipping reimbursement requires receipts/documentation and applies to reasonable shipping costs associated with the original order and sending the sample for testing.
Claim Window
Claims must be submitted within 40 days of delivery and must include the full, unaltered Finnrick test result documentation. All results will be verified directly through Finnrick prior to approval.
Refund Processing Time
Optimal Bio Labs reserves up to thirty (30) days after receipt of all required documentation (and return materials, if applicable) to review the claim and process any qualified refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
One Claim Per Product/Batch
We reserve the right to limit claims to prevent abuse, including one claim per compound/size per customer within a defined period.
