Do you offer custom synthesis or wholesale orders?
Yes. We can quote custom research sequences and bulk orders for Research Use Only (RUO) applications. Please contact us with project details, target quantity, and timeline.
When the water is added all the powdered peptide is not dissolving – why?
Research peptide compounds may be supplied in lyophilized form, which can appear unchanged immediately after liquid contact in laboratory settings. Optimal Bio Labs does not provide guidance on reconstitution, preparation, or administration. Researchers should follow protocols approved by their institution or laboratory SOPs
My vial appears empty—why?
Our research compound peptides are supplied as lyophilized powder without fillers. At 2–10 mg, the material can appear as a tiny pellets or cluster of powder on the glass. This is normal. Each lot is accurately weighed during filling and verified.
There’s a problem with my order—how do I get help?
Use the website contact form or email support@OptimalBioLabs.com. Include: Your name, email, and order number A brief description of the issue (missing/incorrect/damaged) Clear photos of the shipping box, packing materials, and any vial labels/lot numbers. We typically respond within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri) and resolve issues promptly.
I haven’t received a tracking number—what should I do?

What is your return policy?
Because our products are temperature/light-sensitive and due to our rigorous quality controls, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives missing, incorrect, or damaged, email support@OptimalBioLabs.com right away and we’ll make it right. See our full Return Policy for details.
How long will delivery take?
Typical transit times are around 3 business days depending on selection. With our flat shipping we select 2-3 day shipping or sooner depending on location and price. What does “Research Purposes Only” (RUO) mean?
RUO means the product is supplied for research and development—for in-vitro work, assay development, method validation, education, or other non-clinical laboratory uses. RUO products are not for human or animal administration, clinical use, or diagnostic use.
Do you provide reconstitution or dosing instructions?
No. We do not provide guidance on reconstitution, dosing, or administration. Use is restricted to laboratory research.
Are these products FDA-approved?
No. These items are not FDA-approved drugs, devices, foods, or cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any FDA approvals that may exist for specific peptides in drug products do not apply to our RUO materials.
Who are these products for?
Our research compounds are sold sold exclusively for laboratory research purposes (RUO) to qualified purchasers operating within approved research environments. They are not for human or veterinary use, administration, compounding, or household/consumer applications.
How are your products tested?
Each lot is verified for identity and purity before released from the manufacture. In addition to the manufacture testing for purity, our products also have Certificate of Analysis (COA) from 3rd party testing companies located in the US.
