I haven’t received a tracking number—what should I do?

We email a tracking link as soon as a shipping label is created. Please:

• Check your spam/junk folder.
• Allow 1 business day for order processing; carrier scans can take another 24–48 hours to appear.
  If it’s been more than 2 business days since your confirmation email and you still don’t see tracking, contact support@OptimalHealthLab.com and we’ll help. You can also enroll in the free USPS Informed Delivery or UPS My Choice to monitor shipments.
